Costa Rican Lawmakers Approve Extradition Treaty with Panama
February 17th, 2011 | by admin |The 45 legislators present unanimously approved in second debate, the treaty between Costa Rica and Panama on Extradition, which after if goes into force Panamanians and Costa Ricans will be able to pay for their crimes in their own country.
This laws allows the extradition of criminal suspects or those convicted in either country to request to complete their sentence in their own country.
