PARLACEN: Integration of Costa Rica is Necessary
February 8th, 2012 | by admin |The Central American Parliament is seeking to meet in Costa Rica for the first time in its 20 year history, however officials in Costa Rica have refused to cooperate with the effort. Costa Rican Foreign Minister Enrique Castillo is also very skeptical about the possibility of Costa Rica joining the parliament given its standing on the border dispute with Nicaragua.
