Residents of southern barrios in San Jose can pick up one of the 155 9-millimeter Glock pistols stolen from the Traffic police for as little as ¢ 150,000 ($297). Crooks are also rumored to throw in two clips free of charge and may also scratch out the serial numbers for the convenience of buyers.
