Are the power outlets the same in Costa Rica as the Unite States?
Power outlets are the same as in the U.S.A. so you don’t need an adapter or converter. with 110V, 60Hz current and the same style wall outlets.
The only thing you need to be aware of is that very few outlets have a grounding prong, so you’ll need to bring an adapter to convert your three-pin device to two. These are dirt cheap and can be found at any hardware store.
