If you have a 3400 meters squared property you must DIVIDE by 4049 to get the acres (this will show up as 0.8397135)
For example 3400 meters squared ÷ 4049 = 0.8397135 or 0.84 acres. After rounding up you will have 0.84 or just over 3/4 of an acre.
